The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The delivery date will be on or around 30 December 2024. AMC Navy Air Terminal requires the procurement of two passenger boarding bridge air condition units with hose kit reels. This requirement also includes the commission and training for the units as well as freight. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The solicitation is not yet available. The expected availability date is 17 July 2024. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Government. By submitting a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement and that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award.
