## Description

Roman Catholic Priest services are required to meet the Religious Program requirements for Naval Air Station Oceana Chapel and Dam Neck Annex Chapel under OPNAVINST 1730.1E (Religious Ministry within the Department of the Navy). The contractor shall provide Roman Catholic Priest religious services (Mass, special services, and reconciliation) to support the missions and responsibilities of Naval Air Station Oceana (NASO).

NASO is in Virginia Beach, Virginia and includes two chapels, NAS Oceana and Dam Neck Annex, and (as needed) at other Naval installations within a 25-mile radius of NAS Oceana Chapel. Occasionally, as directed, emergency response may be requested to provide sacramental ministry elsewhere in case of death or accident. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement.
