## Description

The proposed acquisition is for an annual subscription to the SciFinder Discovery Platform for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a solesource basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis with approval from the Small Business Administration to CAS, A Division of the American Chemical Society. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing responsedate will be considered by the Government. See attached Combined Synopsis & Solicitation and Justification for more information.
