## Description

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be made on a sole source basis pursuant to the statutory authority under 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) after the price is determined to be fair. The Government intends to evaluate and award a contract based on initial quote; therefore, the Quoter’s initial quote should contain the Quoter’s best terms from a price standpoint.

Total price will be evaluated taking into the account the total FFP for the base year and option periods. Price analysis using procedures of FAR 13.106-3 will be used to evaluate price reasonableness. Please see the RFQ, Redacted Sole Source Justification, and PWS for additional details.
