This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-06 (effective 05 October 2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20231025 (effective 25 October 2023). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ The applicable NAICS code is 332999- All other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing and the size standard is 1000 (# of employees).
