The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT).
