## Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is requesting information to identify possible sources to provide Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN) in Norfolk, VA with contractor support for Hazardous Substance Incident Response Management (HSIRM). Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. This PWS defines the support services to be procured for the environmental and emergency management courses described below conducted by the NAVSAFENVTRACEN and student record keeping support typical for educational programs as set forth by NAVSAFENVTRACEN.
