It is anticipated that Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) orders, with a maximum value of $14,711,101, will be placed against a BOA during a five (5) year period from the date the BOA becomes effective. The requirement is to implement the SCEPTRE software solutions for advanced signal processing and Radio Frequency (RF) signal collection in a designated environment, with appropriate support for seamless installation, configuration, and ongoing technical assistance. The Government’s next generation Intelligence system has Government-designed software that directly interfaces with the SCEPTRE software application. SCEPTRE software was designed to optimize performance for a range of Radio Frequency (RF) testing, analysis tasks, and advanced signal processing capability, making it uniquely qualified for this project’s operational needs. Many of SCEPTRE's unique functions are a result of past government-funded initiatives and are now standard in the software. Such functions include built-in classified and unclassified Digital Signal Processing (DSP) signal detectors and classifiers required by the Government’s system to target specific adversary signal sets, built-in Radio Frequency Distribution Unit (RFDU) control, and the ability to configure and share RF data streams. 3dB Labs, Inc. is the sole developer and provider of the SCEPTRE Signal Processing Software.
