The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF 1449. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to TheBookPC.com for the following manufactured products: Part number NUC13ANKi3. TheBookPC.com is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The system was custom designed for the Naval Warfare Center enterprise and is compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed. The ATO was granted utilizing the Aerva Enterprise hardware/software products as they were the only company to meet the government’s minimum requirements. If the requested devices are not procured, it will negatively impact all NSWCDD employee’s ability to have the most current, up to date information made available to them concerning major events, weather emergencies, traffic changes, base wide events and other critically sensitive information that will be provided in the main lobbies and conference rooms for NSWCDD across the enterprise.
