SYNOPSIS The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a solicitation for the second Rolling Admissions to SeaPort Next Generation (NxG). The Government anticipates releasing the Request for Proposal (RFP) in the second quarter of fiscal year 2024. It is anticipated that the solication number will be N00178-24-R-7000. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Divison, on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command and its Navy SYSCOM partners NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP, ONR and USMC, will conduct a competition to award Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Contracts (MAC IDIQ) to allow SeaPort NxG MAC holders to compete for future task order awards in SeaPort NxG. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 and the revenue size standard for Small Business is $47M. Proposal submission and evaluation criteria for the Rolling Admissions RFP will be similar if not identical to the first Rolling Admissions solicitation (N00178-21-R-7000). Oral proposals will not be conducted. Awards will be made on initial offers without discussions. The solicitation will be issued electronically via https://www.sam.gov and interested parties must comply with that announcement.
