Wayne, NJ. 07470-4604 for a Phantom Camera. Vision Research, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and does not authorize third-party resellers or distributors. Therefore, a direct sole-source procurement from the OEM is the only viable method to satisfy this requirement. This action is to be undertaken in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a) on the basis that only one source is available in meeting the government’s requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334310. The Product Service Code (PSC) code is 6710. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for quotes. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement by June 29, 2026 at 10AM (EST). Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or whether not to conduct a competitive procurement.
