The Government intends to award more than one, 5-year IDIQ FFP contract, with subsequent delivery orders to be competed amongst all awardees. The NAICS Code is 332999. Place of performance shall be Contractor Facility. All Offerors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code provided in this synopsis.
