This solicitation will be competed as Full and Open Small Business Set-Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0017426Q1009. The NAICS code is 561611 and the business size standard in millions is $25,000,000.00. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-01 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DP20190531. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Contractor shall support nationwide SWFT fingerprinting at existing Contractor locations for up to 900 personnel a year, not-to-exceed 40 scans per month throughout the period of performance of this contract. Contract will be a base contract plus four (4) option years. The contract will start on 2/25/26 and end 2/24/31. 3.
