Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC, IHEODTD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Fluid Chillers, Inc to provide: Fluid Chillers Model — AIR7500-SCC-CP-230/3-SPEC • Stand-alone air-cooled chiller with integrated pump and tank system, rated for indoor installation • Chiller to use R454B or other low GWP refrigerant • Adjustable setpoint (45°F to 85°F), factory set @ 55°F • Heat transfer fluid to be water/glycol • Custom chiller pump rated for 10gpm @ 40psi • External manual bypass valve, enables custom to change flow rate going to/from process manually • Submersed copper coil evaporator • Operational Voltage to be 230/3ph 60 This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government’s requirements The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332994. The PSC 1005. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes.
