## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking potential Offerors for the production of Metal Parts.

This effort is a total Small Business Set Aside utilizing NAICS Code 332999. The contractor will manufacture the following metal parts: Mk16 and Mk11 Pallet Adapters, Dummy Nose Plugs, Fuze Adapters, Lid, Mk4 MOD 0 Fuze Protector Cap, Mk3 MOD 0 and Mk12 MOD 1 Pallets, and Mk14 MOD 4 5” 54 Cartridge Tank Assembly) for use in the manufacture, assembly, packaging and shipping of All Up Round 5” Projectiles (AUR) and 5” Propelling Charges.

The Government intends to award a single five-year, Firm-Fixed price, Indefinite delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the Best Value to the Government in accordance with the attached RFP requirements. See attached RFP and all attachments listed in Section J. Please note the Data Package will not be released unless all information requested in Section A paragraph 3. Technical Data Package is properly submitted.
