The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division is seeking entities with expertise in the energy sector (technology, analysis, infrastructure, governance, implementation, etc.) to aid in the exploration of energy resiliency improvement options and opportunities in the Philippines. Entities should preferentially demonstrate a minimization of adversary technology, capital, ownership and influence in any affiliated supply chain. Interested parties shall submit no more than six pages (single sided) on their energy resiliency improvement concept.
