NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER INDIAN HEAD DIVISION (NSWC IHD), INTENDS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICED CONTRACT ON A NONCOMPETITIVE BASIS TO NORTH STAR IMAGING INC. 19875 S DIAMOND LAKE ROAD, ROGERS, MINNESOTA 55374-4594, TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: SERVICE TO REPAIR CT IMAGING MACHINES (SEE SOW ATTACHED) SUPPLIES TO REPAIR CT IMAGING MACHINES (SEE SOW ATTACHED) This action will be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government's requirements
