This is an Intent to Sole Source a requirement at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), located in Indian Head, Maryland. NSWC intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for: Critical Thinking for Acquisition Professionals Course to Critical Thinking for Acquisition Professionals. Evaluation Factors (in order of importance) Technical – Quotes that are submitted for this requirement may be considered at a later date for a same or similiar requirment. Price – Quotes must include all applicable costs. Submitted quotes are NOT TO EXCEED 250,000.00 (Simplified Acquisition Threshold).
