The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD awarded a $60,911,615.00 Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to Cruz Associates, Inc. of 6515 George Washington MEM Highway Yorktown, VA 23692.
