## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division has a requirement for a RC1mx system that includes a RC1mx with sensors and spare parts, a chiller for RC1MX, iControl Software and reactor AP00-12 Glass, jacketed 12L vessel for the RC1MX. This requirement was awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
