## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD negotiated and awarded a $1,595,917.25 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to American Pacific Corporation of 10622 W 6400 N Cedar City, Utah 84721-9016. This contract is for a maximum of 79,070 lbs of ammonium perchlorate for the base year, and 134,400 lbs for each option year. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $1,595,917.25.

This was a sole source procurement to American Pacific Corporation based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. American Pacific Corporation is the only vendor who can perform this requirement without substantial delay or duplication of costs to the Government.
