Cancellation of this notice and resolicitation under the appropriate acquisition strategy is determined to be in the best interest of the Government to ensure compliance with applicable procurement regulations, maintain fairness and transparency in the acquisition process, and accurately communicate the Government’s minimum requirements to industry. The Government intends to republish the requirement under a separate SAM.gov notice.
