The draft minimum technical requirements for the effort are in the attached specifications. LOCATION: Contracting Office Address: NRL, 4555 Overlook Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20375 CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT: The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email: Company Name and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information NAICS and PSC Code of the proposed solution (SEE https://psctool.us) (NOTE: If proposing or recommending alternate NAICS and or alternate PSC code, please provide justification) Business Size/Socioeconomic Category for the identified NAICS Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code Capabilities Statement detailing the specific ground mesh that meets the Government’s provided Specifications.
