## Description

The Naval Research Laboratory intends to purchase thermal spray equipment on a brand name or equal basis to Thermach products. See the attached Specifications list. If you believe your company offers product that can meet the minimum requirements please submit a capability statement. To fulfill this requirement the equipment provided must be new and not refurbished.
