• DRYSTAR 80 Oil Free Mechanical Dry Vacuum Pump • Displacement 107 m3/hr / 63 cfm • EH500 Mechanical Booster Pump • Displacement 605 m3/hr / 335 cfm • Ultimate pressure <0.05 mbar / <0.00375 torr • Inlet connection ISO 100, outlet connection NW40 • Prepared for use and filled with PFPE Fluid • Water cooling flow 1 l/min. /0.26 gal/min. • Shaft seal purge module for N2 or clean dry air (Includes pressure regulator, pressure gauge) • Exhaust silencer (Stainless steel), includes two condensate drain ports • System voltage 230/460v 3 phase 60 Hz • System is assembled and factory tested
