NRL has a Cameca local electrode atom probe (LEAP) 4000X Si equipped with both voltage and laser pulsing of the specimen. An annual service contract is required to cover (i) routine annual preventive maintenance and other OEM-recommended To minimize instrument downtown and loss of productivity, these repairs must be made often next-day and with little prior notice.
