## Description

The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a bridge action by modifying current task order N00173- 18-F-6201, Space Science Instruments and Experimental Payloads (SSIEP) with KBR on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services with Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The purpose of this modification is to continue to provide personnel, equipment, and facilities to perform instrument systems engineering and research pursuant to the design, development, analysis, fabrication, assembly, integration, testing and documentation of sophisticated space science instruments and experimental payloads for the Naval Research Laboratory’s Space Science Division (NRL SSD) Code 7600. The contract performance period will be extended for six months for a revised and estimated period of performance of 30 January 2024 through 29 July 2024.
