All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in accordance with Section L andthe procedures outlined in clause L-215-H006 SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS BY OFFERORS--BASIC (NAVSEA) (APR2022). Questions must be received no later than March 27, 2026 (10 calendar days from the date of RFP issuance).While the Government will make every effort to respond to all questions, no guarantee is made that questions received afterthe specified deadline will be answered.
