SITE VISIT: All contractors are highly encouraged to complete an on-site visit to perform an initial inspection of the defunct anderometer PRIOR to submitting a firm fixed price quote detailing the designing specifications for system repair. Contractor shall submit all site visit requests to Tracy McDonough at tracy.l.mcdonough2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00 AM EDT on Monday 30 March 2026.
