## Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock intends to award a sole source contract to Precision Environments Inc., 4440 Lake Forest Dr, Suite 120 Cincinnati, OH 45242 using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 without seeking competition. The requirement is to provide demolition and replacement for two Air Handling Units and installation of auxiliary equipment in support of cleanroom operated by NSWCCD.
