**NOTE:** Due to an inadvertent administrative error, the Solicitation number was posted as N00167425Q1006. The correct Solicitation number is N0016725Q1005. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Code 1081 has a requirement for the government to issue a BPA Call to order several licenses to support ServiceNow Service Portal for NAVSEA HQ, NSWC Newport, NSWC Carderock, and NSWC Panama City against the established Carahsoft Technology Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) BPA No. N66001-19-A-0120.

Carahsoft Technology is the sole source of ServiceNow products through the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (DoD ESI) which is a mandatory source for all DoD software requirements.
