## Description

This is a Sole Source Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a novel commercial off the shelf (COTS) potable water electrolytic disinfectant generator (PWEDG) technology as well as the procurement and evaluation of a ruggedized variant of the commercial system.
