Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. Naval Surface Warfare Center – Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing this sources sought request for information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for supplies and services required to install all hardware and software for a new HPC system. The ordering period is for five (5) years from the date of an awarded agreement. Interested sources will be capable of providing the supplies in accordance with the needed specifications within Attachment (1), the Performance Work Statement. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, this requirement may be set-aside for Small Businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition, or other than full and open competition. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. This announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for written information only.
