## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit with Hopewell Designs, Inc. (HDI) for the disassembly and packing of a DI40-MAC system for freight shipping from the Naval Dosimetry Center (NDC) to NSWCCD, unpacking, installation, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at NSWCCD and DI40-MAC system upgrade to Windows 10, in accordance to Performance Work Statement (PWS).
