## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to ANSYS Inc. for LSTC L-DYNA renewals under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
