## Description

The purpose of this updated announcement is to address equipment discrepancies identified and attach Amendment 0004 of the solicitation. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to:

(1) extend the proposal deadline to 10:00 AM ET on 15 August 2024 and (2) update appendixes A.

The purpose of this updated announcement is to provide responses to industry questions received and attach Amendment 0003 of the solicitation. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to:

(1) extend the proposal deadline to 10:00 AM ET on 8 August 2024;

(2) update the performance work statement;

(3) revise terms and conditions, and (4) update attachments/appendixes A, B, and C.

The purpose of this updated announcement is to extend the quote deadline to 10:00 AM ET on 30 July 2024

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Mirion Technologies (Canberra), Inc. for the procurement of Cronos-11, GEM-5, and GEM-5N Maintenance, Hardware and Training on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
