**Attachment 1, Draft SOW, 3.0 Requirements Question:** Please advise if the Government will provide notional values for Material, Travel and Other Direct Costs for each year of the period of performance.

**Response:** The Government will provide ODC estimates for each period of performance inclusive of travel and incidental material costs only. The estimated ODCs will not account for any specific company burdens.

**Attachment 2, Draft Personnel Requirements Question:** In the event of a conflict in Education and/or Experience requirements between Attachment 2 and eCRAFT descriptions, which takes precedence?
