**PLEASE READ THE WORD DOCUMENT TITLED MEMO TO FILE, UNDER THE ATTACHMENT LINK, BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTE** N00164-26-Q-0109 – MANUFACTURE BREECHPLATES – FSC/PSC 5998 - NAICS 334418 ISSUE DATE 08 APR 2026 – CLOSING DATE 22 APR 2026 – 3:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the manufacture Breechplates with first article testing and one option CLIN. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0109 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
