The DRAKE use case requires the mount to attach to ships, necessitating an obsolescence mitigation effort to ensure the mount supports its current applications. This prototype effort addresses the evolving nature of the current mount design by completing a new drawing package that will result in a near form, fit, and function replacement of the current vehicle mount. Current DRAKE Mounted system is designed for ground vehicle integration. Currently the DRAKE system is used in ground-based vehicles and ground based stationary systems.
