N0016425SNB37 – REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) – WEAPON AUTONOMY APPLICATION FOR HELICOPTERS (WAAH) – LABELED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING DATA FROM THE AIR TO SURFACE PERSPECTIVE – PSC AC33 – NAICS 541511 Issue Date:

**27 February 2025 – Closing Date:** 20 March 2025 – 2PM Eastern Standard Time This RFI is searching for any databases of labeled or unlabeled real-life training data from the air to surface viewpoint. The ideal background for the surface data would be water based. This labeled training data could be boats (varying in class), humans, buoys, jet skis, etc. This RFI is also searching for any process that exists to automatically label training data quickly and effectively.

Finally, if real-life training data doesn’t exist, this RFI is searching for hybrid, synthetic, or raw datasets from the air to surface domain. This is market research In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Part 10 procedures, specifically IAW FAR 10.001(a)(3)(i) and FAR 10.001(a)(3)(ii) for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. At the current time, NO FUNDING IS AVAILABLE for contractual efforts.

This RFI/Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP), and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COST PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Any costs incurred by a Contractor responding to this RFI/Sources Sought is not reimbursable by the Government. Responses to this RFI shall include the following:
