The attachment contains the EMSS Kit specifications including the ruggedized laptop and all accessories that would be procured with each laptop. The products must be TAA compliant. These items are identified as commercial items. The requirement is for a three (3) year ordering period to support the Marine Corps Program of Record (PoR). The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis as a total small business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.203 and FAR 19.502-2. Delivery is required FOB Origin at Contractor Facility. Inspection/Acceptance will be conducted at the contractor facility. The solicitation will be made available posted to sam.gov. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a three (3) year ordering period for ruggedized laptops, accessories, and applicable equipment.
