These renovations are required to improve the building conditions. The performance requirements for this effort include demolition of stall partitions, lavatories, urinals, sinks, flooring, lighting, and all wall mounted dispensers and receptacles. The walls should be patched and painted, and epoxy flooring installed. New stall partitions, lavatories, sinks, urinals, lighting, and wall mounted dispensers and receptacles shall be installed. Restroom entry doors and jambs shall be replaced with like and kind. Contractors must provide Build Drawings for approval. (CDRL A001-CDRL A022) Contractor shall ensure provided alternate sanitary facilities maintenance occurs on schedule to prevent any useability issues. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
