**For Competitive:** N00164-25-Q-0707–WAVEGUIDE SHUTTER– PSC 5985- NAICS 334419 ISSUE DATE JULY 22, 2025– CLOSING DATE JULY 29, 2025, 4:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Crane has a requirement for a Firm, Fixed, Price, Commercial, Supply, Waveguide Shutter with modification IAW SOW, CDRL A001, FAR 13 CLIN 0001, NRE, Product Drawings, Modifications, IAW SOW, CDRL, QTY=1 CLIN 0002, Manufacture Waveguide Shutter, After approval of CLIN 0001, IAW SOW, CDRL, QTY=2 CLIN 0003, CDRL A001 Not Separately Priced Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13 as a written. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-25-Q-0707 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
