## Description

**AMENDMENT 0003:** This amendment is being executed to extend the Request for Quote (RFQ) closing date from 7/31/2025 to 8/20/2025 to allow for the Government to review vendor questions and update packaging requirements. Answers to questions and clarifications to packaging will be provided in a future amendment.

**AMENDMENT 0002:** This amendment is being executed to extend this Request for Quote (RFQ) closing date from 06/30/2025 to 07/31/2025 to allow for the Government to review vendor questions and update packaging requirements. Answers to questions and clarification to packaging will be provided in a future amendment.

**AMENDMENT 0001:** This amendment is being executed to extend this Request for Quote (RFQ) closing date from 06/06/2025 to 06/30/2025. Clarification of packaging requirements will be provided in a future amendment.

**ORIGIANAL POSTING:** N00164-25-Q-0621 – 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE – 9mm Frangible Rounds A3NT – FSG 1305 - NAICS 332992 ISSUE DATE 8 MAY 2025 – CLOSING DATE 6 JUNE 2025 – 12:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a firm-fixed price, Commercial, Competitive requirement for the purchase of 9mm Frangible Rounds A3NT ammunition. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov/. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. A synopsis combination with Solicitation Number N00164-25-Q-0621 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
