CLIN 0002, CDRL A001, Test Inspection Report SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Robert M. Hadley Company, Inc. 4054 Transport ST STE B, Ventura, CA 93003-8325, Cage Code 72964, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being solicited on a sole source only basis because Robert M. Hadley Company, Inc. is the OEM and retains all proprietary data rights to their manufactured products. SEM does not have authorized 3rd party repair facilities. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
