This is being sole sourced because The Cramaro Tarp All system is already installed on three trailers in black. Testing was performed and the black color was found to be too hot for the summer months. The Cramaro Tarp All system is already installed on three trailers in black. Grey tarps are needed for summer month operation. If these same tarps are not purchased, then all the trailers would need complete new systems from scratch instead of just new tarp and carriage systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
