## Description

**AMENDMENT 0002:** The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work, please see revised SOW Rev A. Also, we are provding additional vendor questions and anwers. ORIGINAL POSTING: N0016424Q0306 – COMPETITIVE –WOODEN SHIPPING CRATES – FSG 8115 - NAICS 321920 ISSUE DATE 19 AUG 2024 – CLOSING DATE 28 AUG 2024 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for wooden shipping crates manufactured In Accordance With (IAW) Government drawings. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.502-2(c).

The Delivery required is FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016424Q0306 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
