## Description

N00164-24-Q-0206 – Five (5) Cyclone Hand Chain Hoists – FSC/PSC 3950 - NAICS 333923 ISSUE DATE 27 JUN 2024 – CLOSING DATE 15 JUL 2024 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Five (5) Cyclone Hand Chain Hoists. In Accordance With (IAW) MIL-H-904J, inspection an acceptance and provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) showing compliance to MIL-H-904 Class 2, Type C requirements.

Conformance to both zinc plated chains and hooks and static and dynamic load testing according to MIL-H-904. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-24-Q-0206 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/ has officially replaced FBO.gov All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
