CLIN 0001, Qty (1) S/N: 2301 repair will be to improve phase noise performance CLIN 0002, Qty (1) S/N: 2101 repair will be for tactile button replacement CLIN 0003, 1 Lot, CDRL A001, Test Inspection Report SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (hQphotonics, 2500 E. Colorado Bldg., Ste 330, Pasadena, California 91107, CAGE CODE 6Q294), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
