It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. This code is used when the Government did not initially purchase the data and/or rights. In conjunction with the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS), the requirement and subsequent award shall be rated “DX\". The terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-23-G-4303 shall apply to this requirement and pending delivery order.
